HKBU  alumna Vikey Chen (BBA-Human Resources Management) started her own business after having become a mother. She invented with her team the world's first adjustable container which can be adjusted to fit the food and uses unique technology so air can be expelled. Her company is doing well and has sold more than 100,000 containers since 2018. "The design of the product is integrated with the spirit of Hong Kong: simple, fast and flexible. Young people should not be hidebound by convention, but need to be persistent in achieving their dreams," said Vikey.
