The University received a delegation from the Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation yesterday (11 October). The 13-member delegation was led by its Chairlady Mrs Christy Tung.

Members of the delegation learned about the latest development introduced by the Department of Journalism and the Academy of Film of the School of Communication, and the Academy of Visual Arts. They also visited facilities of the School of Chinese Medicine.

HKBU representatives receiving the visitors included President and Vice-Chancellor Professor Roland Chin, Vice-President (Teaching and Learning) Dr Albert Chau, Associate Vice-President (Engagement) Mr Yeung Chee-kong, Chinese Medicine Museum Coordinator of the School of Chinese Medicine Dr Liu Jing and Secretary-General of the HKBU Foundation Mrs Lily Chan.
