Ten websites owned by the Office of Student Affairs were presented with Gold Awards by the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2020-21. This is the second consecutive year that the websites of the Office have received this recognition.

The award-winning websites include the Office’s homepage, and the websites for its Campus Life and Support Section, Career Centre, Co-curricular Learning, Counselling and Development Centre, Leadership Qualities Centre, Mainland Student Services Unit, Scholarships and Financial Aid Unit, Student Accommodation Section, and the Unit for Students with Special Educational Needs.

Organised by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited with the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer as the co-organiser and the Equal Opportunities Commission as an independent advisor, the Scheme aims to recognise and acknowledge the contributions and commitments made by enterprises and organisations towards an accessible and inclusive digital society, via their websites and apps that are accessible to everyone, including individuals with special needs.
