The School of Continuing Education arranged a 16-day academic and cultural exchange tour to Australia in August for its 24 students of the BEd (Hons) in Early Childhood Education. They learnt more about their field of study in Adelaide through lectures, themed talks, field visits and cultural activities.

Apart from meeting academics from the University of South Australia, the students joined seminars and lectures with local peers, and visited a number of kindergartens and childcare centres. They also engaged in discussions with industry professionals to exchange pedagogical views and practices by the two places in their educational approach, mode of education as well as their facilities and operations.
