The College of International Education (CIE) of the School of Continuing Education launched the CIE International Exchange Programme with the aim of further developing the global and intercultural awareness of students. The first batch of exchange students from the CIE’s partner institution, Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore joined the CIE in September to begin their vibrant learning journey in Hong Kong.

Dean of the School of Continuing Education Professor Raymond So encouraged students to treasure the opportunity to learn from one another. He also invited students to broaden their horizons and build connections that will serve as the foundation of their future networks.

Director of the International Office of HKBU Mr Peter Li encouraged the exchange students to explore Hong Kong by joining different kinds of activities off campus and gain a well-rounded understanding of Hong Kong, covering economic, civil as well as political aspects.
