HKBU has received a generous donation of HK$1 million from Ms Eileen Tsui, Managing Director of Nankai Transport International (HK) Company Limited, Honorary Court Member of HKBU, and Member of the Entrepreneur Committee of the HKBU Foundation. The donation aims to support the University’s strategic development.

A cheque presentation ceremony was held today (11 September) and officiated by Ms Eileen Tsui and Professor Roland Chin, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU. Professor Chin expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Ms Tsui for her significant contributions towards the University’s development over the years, particularly her untiring efforts in extending the University’s support base by proactively networking with community leaders from various sectors in Hong Kong. 

Other guests attending the ceremony included Ir Dr K K Wong, Group Chairman of the Kam Shing Group; Mr Tommy Li, Chairman of the Pak Shing Tong Group; Mr Maurice Lee, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council; Mr Suen Kwok Lam, Executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited; Mr Fan Man Hua, Managing Director of Global Development Company Limited; and Ms Diana Wong, Chairman of Venchi HK Limited.
