HKBU Women’s Soccer Team crowned champions in intercollegiate competition

The Women's Soccer Team of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) claimed the championship title of the 2020-2021 University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK) Women's Soccer Competition after a 4:2 win over The Education University of Hong Kong team in the final held at the Pak Shek Kok Sports Centre today (24 April).

 

The HKBU team secured a place in the final after they defeated The Hong Kong Polytechnic University team earlier in the semi-final.

 

The HKBU team achieved their victory today with goals from Poon Ka-ka and Wong Kit-wah, as well as Cheung Ching-tung, who netted twice.

 

The award presentation ceremony was held immediately after the final whistle.
