Four recipients of the Sixth Distinguished Alumni Award shared their views and insights with 150 students, alumni and guests at the Sixth Distinguished Alumni Award High Table Dinner, which was organised by the Alumni Affairs Office on 18 June.

At the dinner, award recipients Ms Amy Cheung, Mr Felix Chong, Professor Iu Vai-pan and Dr Cartier Lam, through a written reply, shared their fascinating career stories and insights on serving the community.

In his welcoming remarks, Dr Clement Chen, Chairman of the Council and the Court, expressed his appreciation to the award recipients for their unfailing support of the University and their significant contributions to society. He encouraged students and young alumni to learn from their successes and the challenges they have faced while achieving their goals, and urged them to play a key role in defining HKBU by adopting our caring, creative and global DNA. President and Vice-Chancellor Professor Roland Chin also shared the University’s latest developments and recent research achievements with the guests.
