Dr Ellen Zhang, the Head of the Department of Religion and Philosophy, was recently appointed to the Editorial Board of the prestigious Journal of Religious Ethics. Her six-year term will start in July this year. 

Dr Zhang is pleased to be appointed as a member of the Editorial Board, and she will be responsible for the content and scholarly standards of the Journal. This includes reviewing and evaluating manuscripts, and also encouraging submissions, subscriptions and donations to the international publication.

Founded in 1973, the Journal publishes scholarly works on comparative religious ethics, foundational conceptual and methodological issues in religious ethics, and historical studies of influential figures and texts.
