HKBU’s team wins championship of Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run for four consecutive years

A team of HKBU students recently won the championship at the Health Fitness Challenge, marking the fourth consecutive year the team has won the award.

 

The winning team comprised So Man-ho (Physical Education and Recreation Management Year 4), Wong Tsz-yan (Physical Education and Recreation Management Year 3), Lau Tsun-ling (Physical Education and Recreation Management Year 2) and Lee Yan-yee (Sport and Recreation Leadership Year 2). 

 

Man-ho, the team leader, was pleased with winning the top prize which recognised their excellent performance. As team members undergo regular training to build up strength, he was always confident about defending the title. 

  

The Challenge is an annual event organised by Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China. Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run is divided into different categories.
