HKBU students awarded Link scholarships

Sixteen HKBU students have been awarded Link scholarships.
Sixteen HKBU students have been awarded Link scholarships.  

Sixteen HKBU students have been awarded Link Scholarships, beating over 800 applicants in the process.

 

Launched in 2015, the scholarship aims to support students who are the first in three generations of their family to attend university in Hong Kong, and to promote upward social mobility among young people. This year, 190 undergraduates were awarded scholarships.

 

The HKBU awardees are as follows:

  • Li Pak-man (Communication, Year 1 )
  • Chen Shi-di (Arts/ Social Sciences, Year 1)
  • Sze Po-yee (Accounting, Year 1)
  • Ho Tim-yan (Accounting, Year 1)
  • Wong Ngou-men (Science, Year1)
  • Liang Yucong (Arts, Year 2)
  • Or Yat-hoi (Chinese Medicine, Year 2)
  • Leung Hiu-lam (Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Science, Year 2)
  • Chen For-kwong (Chinese Language and Literature, Year 2)
  • Au Ka-lai (Social Work, Year 3)
  • Wong Ka-wah (Communication, Year 3 )
  • Lo Yee-ki (Human Resources Management, Year 3)
  • Wong Chun-wai (Science, Year 4)
  • Kwok Sze-wing (International journalism, Year 4)
  • Lee Yan-yung (English Language and English Language Teaching, Year 4)
