Dang Lei, a MPhil student of the School of Chinese Medicine, recently won the first runner-up prize of the Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition under the “Challenge Cup” National Competition – Hong Kong Regional Final for her research project entitled “A Delivery System Specifically Approaching Bone Resorption Surfaces to Facilitate Therapeutic Modulation of MicroRNAs in Osteoclasts”.

The “Challenge Cup” National Competition – Hong Kong Regional Final is a platform that facilitates exchange on innovative technology and entrepreneurship which aims at enhancing the abilities of students to embark on innovative technology projects and entrepreneurial pursuits, with a view to nurturing talents for Hong Kong and promoting exchange between local university students and mainland talents.
